Aurora Counseling Associates in Natick, MA is hiring pre- and provisionally-licensed Master's and Doctoral level clinicians to provide telehealth and in-person psychotherapy. We are a woman-owned, well-established group practice with a culture of inclusivity, service leadership and clinical integrity. We are especially seeking clinicians with experience serving BIPoC or queer communities, and/or couples, family, children, teens. Job responsibilities include:

- providing outpatient psychotherapy [telehealth and in-person] for a minimum of 25 clients per week
- documenting services to ensure compliance
- offering evening hours at least two nights a week

Ongoing administrative and clinical support includes:

- weekly individual supervision covering both clinical and administrative issues
- weekly director-led meetings focused on professional development, clinical issues, industry shifts
- monthly LGBTQ+ peer supervision group
