Aurora Counseling Associates in Natick, MA is hiring independently licensed Master's and Doctoral-level clinicians to provide telehealth and in-person psychotherapy. We are a woman-owned, well-established group practice with a culture of inclusivity, service leadership and clinical integrity. We are especially seeking clinicians with experience serving BIPoC or queer communities, and/or couples, family, children, teens. Clinicians of all races, identities, spiritual traditions and backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply!

Job responsibilities include:

providing outpatient psychotherapy [telehealth and in-person] for a minimum of 25 clients per week
documenting services to ensure compliance
offering evening hours at least two nights a week

monthly LGBTQ+ peer supervision group

taking both insurance and private pay to serve a range of clients
a range of clinician specialties including trauma, racial trauma and identity, college transition, mood issues, work/life balance, behavioral issues, family conflict, medical issues, Deaf and Hard of Hearing, LGBTQ+, etc.
